This recipe is for potatoes only. The topping concoctions here are endless but here are a few ideas.

 

Truffle Parmesan Potato Wedges

 
  • Truffle Parmesan and Black Garlic Seasoning (I get the large jar from Costco, you can also find small jars from Manitou at Walmart)

  • 1-2 tbsp. finely grated parmesan

  • 1 slice deli ham (1oz), chopped

  • chopped green onions

Once your potatoes are fried and ready heat your oven to broil. Cover a baking sheet with foil, add wedges, top your wedges with toppings, broil until the cheese has melted and enjoy!

Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Servings 1 Medium Potato without toppings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium russet potato 186g
  • Cooking Spray - Chosen Foods Avocado Spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat air fryer while you chop your potato into wedges.
  • Add potato wedges to bowl, spray with cooking spray and top with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay wedges in the air fryer without overlapping.
  • Cook at 400 for 18-20 minutes. Shake after 10 and 15 minutes. Cook until done.
