Macro Friendly Instant Pot Chili

ohsnapmacros instant pot chili

Winter calls for chili. Any day, any time. We lived on this chili last year while I was pregnant – it is quick, easy and the entire family loves it. This macro friendly recipe is meaty, flavorful and the serving size is hefty. Top with sour cream, chopped red onion, shredded cheese and/or avocado and pair with your favorite corn bread.

Are you team beans in chili or no beans? I am team beans through and through. Enjoy!

Turn instant pot to sauté, drizzle the bottom with olive oil just to avoid the meat sticking. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the meat and cook until browned but not fully cooked through.

Let me tell you what… this recipe is exactly what chili is supposed to taste like. Grandma’s chili is hard to beat but this chili did it. (Shhh.. don’t tell her.) Thank you for creating such a yummy/easy recipe!

This was delicious! Even my kids loved it! I served it over a baked potato and the flavor was delicious. Do you know the fiber content?
