A simple weeknight comfort food the entire family will love using roasted garlic for a gourmet touch.
Roast the garlic at 400F for 30-40 minutes until golden brown on the inside. Once the garlic is done remove the garlic from the foil and squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves. Mash with the back of a fork and save for your sauce.
Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and sear on medium heat for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Add butter to a pan and add the roasted garlic. Add flour and create a roux. Slowly add the half and half whisk until no clumps remain. Remove from the heat and add the cheese to melt.
Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and top with sliced cooked chicken.
Top with fresh chopped parsley, serve and enjoy you creamy easy meal.
