This Coffee Protein Shake is a great way to get your caffeine fix and extra protein at the same time. Ready in about 5 minutes, this easy recipe is delicious, nutritious and packs a little zing.
2/3cupunsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)160ml
1ripebanana, frozen preferred100g
1scoopprotein powder (unflavored, chocolate or vanilla) PEScience Gourmet Vanilla31g
1Tbsp.peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
1Tbsp.cocoa or cacao powder
1/4tsp.ground cinnamon
ground cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions
Place all ingredients in your blender jar, then cover and blend on low speed. Gradually increase blender speed until smooth. (If your blender has shake mode, you can use that).
Pour your shake into a large glass. Top with additional cinnamon, if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
If your blender is struggling to blend everything smoothly, add a bit more milk.
