1.5 cuplow-fat cottage cheesestrain water if needed*
1/2cupchicken bone broth
1tsp.garlic powder
1tsp.onion powder
1tsp.dried parsley
1tsp.dried dill
1/2tsp.salt
fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. You will want to be sure to blend at LEAST 5 minutes to ensure the cottage cheese breaks down completely and leaves no chalkiness.
Notes
* You'll notice sometimes cottage cheese can be super watery. We do not want to water this down since we're adding the bone broth to do that. If you're using a water cottage cheese, either drain excess liquid or use half the broth, or omit it completely. This is how you can avoid a super watered down dip.
Blend until you can’t blend anymore. That’s how to avoid any chalkiness.
Best served right away as you may experience some chalkiness returning when it sets in the fridge. You can however, re-blend, if needed. The blade heats and loosen the cottage cheese.
