This Olive Dip is an olive lover's dream come true. Made with 3 different kinds of olives, this easy dip is high in protein with a rich and decadent base. It's the perfect appetizer for your next party or as a spread for your sandwich or wrap.
1/2cupgreen olives stuffed with pimentos, chopped86g
1/4cupKalamata olives, chopped 50g
1Tbsp.Kalamata olive juice
1/4tsp.ground cumin
1/4tsp.garlic powder
fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
Add the cottage cheese and cream cheese to a bowl and stir to combine. Fold in the olives, kalamata juice, cumin, garlic powder and fresh cracked pepper.
Place in the fridge and let set for at least 1-2 hours.
Serve with crackers, veggies and bagel chips or put on sliced cucumber for a delicious snack.

Be sure to use softened cream cheese to ensure your olive dip has a creamy texture with the right consistency.
