These Smashed Chicken Caesar Tacos have everything you love about the classic salad, in smash taco form. Made with ground chicken, corn tortillas, yogurt dressing and crispy lettuce, these easy tacos are perfect for a quick meal.
Split the chicken into 6 equal chunks but do not roll into a ball. Take each chunk of chicken and spread it on one side of the tortillas. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray or olive oil. Once hot add the tortilla chicken side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through and flip. Brown the tortilla. Repeat with all 6.
Add the chopped lettuce, dressing, cheese and sunflower seeds to a small bowl and toss. Evenly split between all 6 chicken tacos.
