This Avocado Crema is an incredibly simple recipe made with fresh avocados, cottage cheese, lime juice and garlic powder. It's a creamy sauce that's perfect topping to tacos and salads or as a dip with tortilla chips and veggies. This nutritious sauce delivers maximum flavor at just 31 calories per serving.
Add the avocado, cottage cheese, lime juice, cilantro, salt and garlic to a high speed blender. Blend for 5 minutes, and add 1 Tbsp. of milk at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
