These high protein Biscoff Overnight Oats are creamy, rich and perfect for busy mornings. Made with Biscoff cookie spread and protein powder, these oats have an amazing texture and come together in less than 5 minutes.
Add the almond milk and protein powder to a mason jar or oats container and combine until mixed well. Mix in the chia seeds until combined. Add the oats and cookie crumbles and mix to combine.
Heat the Biscoff spread in a small bowl in the microwave to melt and soften so it’s pourable. Add the melted cookie butter over the top of the oats inside the jar and swirl into the top. Seal and place in the fridge to set overnight.
When ready to enjoy, remove and stir together or top with additional cookie crumbles or Greek yogurt.

This makes a lovely thick overnight oats. If you want more of a runny consistency you can add extra almond milk or less chia seeds.
