This creamy chocolate Protein Pudding is a great post workout snack or guilt-free dessert. Made with Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder and honey, this easy recipe is rich, velvety and actually has pudding texture!
1scoopchocolate protein powderPEScience Chocolate Truffle
2Tbsp.honey
1/2Tbsp.unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
Add everything to a blender and blend for at least 5 minutes until fully combined and the cottage cheese is no longer chalky. You may need to stop and push the sides down the a rubbed spatula while blending to get everything to combine.
Split evenly between two small pudding cups and let set in the fridge for at least one hour before enjoying.
Top with fresh fruit, whipped cream and your favorite toppings or enjoy as is right out of the fridge.
Notes
Important! The sweetness of your protein powder will make a difference. If you’re using a protein powder that is not very sweet you will want to increase the honey. I am using PEScience Chocolate Truffle which has a perfect amount of sweetness, use code OHSNAP to save.
Want it lower calorie and similar to a snack pack size? Make into 4 servings.
You can use 1 tbsp. of honey and taste to see if you need to add the other 1 tbsp. Depending on the sweetness of your protein powder this can be adjusted.
