These juicy Air Fryer Turkey Burgers are flavorful, high-protein and topped with a tangy Lemon Dill Aioli for a creamy touch. Made with simple ingredients, this easy weeknight dinner can be jazzed up with your favorite burger fixings.
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chicken Bouillon, salt and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Make the patties larger than the bun to account for shrinking. You can also make a small indentation in the center to prevent the patty from shrinking and bubbling up.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and add the patties, giving them enough space. Cook at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While the patties are cooking, make the aioli. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dill, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper until well combined. Set aside. You can also toast the brioche buns at this time.
Assemble the burgers by adding a layer of baby spinach, turkey patty, tomato, pickles, and the aioli topped with the other half of the bun.
