Ingredients

Gravy Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch on garlic powder

Instructions

  • Assemble your bowl - mashes potatoes, chicken, corn and top with gravy.
  • Serve immediately or prep for meal prep. Reheats very well.

Gravy Instructions:

  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the flour and stir until combined and lumpy.
  • Very slowly add small amounts of beef broth while whisking the flour mixture. This will help break up the clumps along the way. Once you have used all the beef broth begin adding the chicken broth.
  • Season with salt and garlic powder and whisk until the gravy has thickened and lump free.
  • NOTE! If you end up with lumps (gravy can be tricky) you can toss this in the blender or use a immersion blender for a few pulses and it'll be lump free.

Notes

Gravy notes: you should end up with approximately 350g of gravy. Per 50g servings: 47 cals: 0.9P/3.1F/3.5C
