This was sooo good! I did the meatballs in the air fryer. The only thing I would make sure I do in the future is do prep the weekend before. This is really easy to make but lots of prep.

These Mediterranean Chicken Meatballs are delicious! The flavors in the dish balance so nicely and compliment each other. Also the fact that you cook them in the air fryer makes for an easy week meal prep. Definitely one of my favorite dishes from Danielle (even though I love all of them) Will be adding this to my monthly meal rotation!
