Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 turkey sausage patty
- 28 g velveeta shreds
- 1 Josephs Bakery pita
- Drizzleย Franks Red Hot Sauce
Instructions
- Scramble two eggs.
- Top pita with eggs, turkey sausage and cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 5 mins. Broil at the end to crisp up the pita.
- Top with your favorite hot sauce and enjoy!

- Use any type of sausage.
- Use egg whites or whole eggs.
