Crispy Air Fried Cinnamon Cream Cheese Roll Ups
Cinnamon cream cheese roll-ups
Whether you’re looking for an easy snack, new breakfast idea or an after dinner treat, these crunchy cinnamon cream cheese roll-ups hit the spot.
Made with lavash bread, less-fat cream cheese, Swerve sugar replacement, cinnamon and milk, these roll-ups are crunchy on the outside with a sweet cinnamon sugar cream cheese filling.
Lavash bread is a thin flatbread, similar to a tortilla. Because it’s already flat, there’s no rolling pin needed and most of the prep work is done for you. Simply add your cream cheese mixture, roll it up, and place in the air fryer. I used the air fryer because it makes it perfectly crispy and crunchy in a way the oven can’t match.
Ready in less than 15 minutes, make this quick treat whenever a sugar craving hits. For more sweet breakfast dishes, try Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake or Protein Chocolate Baked Oats.

Ingredients and Substitutions
- Lavash Bread: Joseph’s Lavash Bread is a great option for these.
- Cream Cheese: to limit the fat this recipe calls for 1/3 less fat cream cheese, you can use your favorite.
- Sugar: this recipe uses swerve confectioners sweetener. You can use standard confectioner sugar or brown sugar as well.
- Cinnamon: feeling festive? Use pumpkin pie spice, ground cloves, a pinch of nutmeg or any other spices you’d like. You can also add bits of fruit like apple.
- Milk: use whatever milk you have on hand, I am using whole milk.
How to make cinnamon cream cheese roll-ups:
Step 1
In a shallow bowl, combine sugar, cream cheese, cinnamon and milk.
Step 2
Lay a single full lavash bread down and spread the cream cheese and sugar mixture across the entire lavash. Roll like you would a cinnamon roll.
Step 3
Spray the air fryer pan with nonstick spray and lay the lavash roll up with the seam down. Spray the top of the lavash and cook at 350 for 10 minutes. Flipping halfway through. They should be golden brown.
Step 4
Remove with tongs, cut into 6 equal slices and enjoy! Sprinkle with additional sugar, if desired.
Recipe Tips
- I recommend using an air fryer for the ultimate crispiness but you can also bake your roll-ups on a baking sheet at 350 for 10-15 minutes, or until crispy.
- To make dairy-free use a dairy-free cream cheese and dairy-free milk.
- Lavash bread typically has gluten. To make gluten-free, use a gluten-free bread similar to lavash.
- Store leftover roll-ups in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer.
