Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing
This dairy-free homemade ranch dressing is perfect for all my ranch lovers. Made with basic ingredients like avocado oil mayo, almond milk, fresh herbs and Worcestershire sauce, this easy ranch has quickly become my favorite dressing .. ever.
This delicious dairy-free ranch dressing has the same creamy texture as classic ranch, but made with clean ingredients and is lighter in calories. Not to mention it goes with everything…even pizza. Yes, ranch belongs on pizza.
I dip everything in ranch so my favorite way is to use it for dunking. Fresh cut veggies, French fries or sweet potato fries, buffalo chicken tenders, honey garlic chicken wings, bbq chicken pizza, buffalo chicken tenders, you name it, I’ll dip it.
You can also drizzle it over a big salad or use as a spread for crispy chicken cutlet sandwiches or chicken bacon ranch sliders. There’s no wrong way to ranch.

Ingredients and Substitutions:
These are the main ingredients and substitutions for this creamy ranch dressing. See the recipe card below for the full list of ingredients and instructions.
- Dairy-Free Avocado Oil Mayonaise: any type of preferred mayonnaise. You can use regular mayo if dairy is not a concern.
- Almond Milk: any non-flavored plant milk. Cashew milk and oat milk are on the thicker side compared to coconut milk or soy milk, so keep that in mind. You can use regular milk if dairy is not a concern.
- Olive Oil: this helps thicken the sauce and makes it nice and creamy.
- Lemon Juice: gives this some zing. Go with fresh lemon juice, if possible. You can also use white vinegar or apple cider vinegar.
- Fresh Dill: if using dried dill, use half the amount called for.
- Fresh Chives: if using dried dill, use half the amount called for.
- Worcestershire Sauce: the secret ingredients that makes this ranch special. Worcestershire is slightly sweet, sour and spicy all in one. I highly recommend using it if you want the wow factor.
