Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders with Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
Sliders, like these Italian sliders, are the ultimate football season snack and easy weeknight meal. Basically, these chicken bacon ranch sliders are the perfect little sandwich.
Buttery rolls stuffed with crispy bacon, creamy ranch dressing, ground chicken, and melty cheese for a warm sandwich that comes together in minutes. I used ground chicken but leftover rotisserie chicken, shredded chicken or deli meat are just as good. Top your sweet Hawaiian rolls with melted butter to get a golden brown top and watch as these delicious mini sandwiches disappear before your eyes.

These are the ingredients for the chicken bacon ranch sliders. For the full list of ingredients scroll down to the recipe card.
Ground Chicken: ground turkey, deli turkey, deli chicken or rotisserie chicken. If you use ground turkey add extra ranch seasoning, salt and pepper.
Sweet Hawaiian Rolls: any sweet roll, leftover dinner roll, brioche bun or slider roll.
Mozzarella Cheese: any kind of cheese: pepper jack cheese, colby jack, cheddar, dairy-free cheese, etc.
Step by Step Instructions:
Step 1: preheat oven and cook bacon
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a pan over medium heat cook bacon until crispy. Once the bacon is cooked, remove and set aside on a paper towel to drain the excess fat.
Step 2: cook chicken
Drain most of the fat from the pan and add the ground chicken to cook. Break the chicken into pieces as you cook and cook until browned and cooked through. Add ranch seasoning, salt and pepper to the chicken and mix.
Step 3: chop bacon, prep sandwiches, mix together
While the chicken cooks, chop your bacon into small pieces. Prep your green onions and buns. Slice the buns through the center so you have the top half of the buns in one piece and the bottom half in another, leaving all 12 connected.
Add bacon, green onions and mozzarella cheese to the chicken and stir together until the cheese has melted.
Step 4: assemble sandwiches
Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray and place the bottom buns down. Top with chicken mixture and spread around to evenly coat the buns.
Top the chicken with 4 slices of cheese evenly across the top of the mixture. Place the top buns on top.
Step 4: bake
Spray the top of the buns with cooking spray and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
Serving and storing
Top the chicken mixture with ranch dressing after baking for extra saucy chicken bacon ranch sliders. Serve with extra ranch or bbq sauce for dipping. These sliders are great as a stand alone meal, or add veggies and fries.
Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 days. To reheat, place in the oven on low to avoid the bread getting soggy.
