Recipe FAQs

Can I use a flavored sparkling water or seltzer in this mocktail recipe?

Yes! I love these with lime sparking water!

Can I make a bigger batch of this?

Yes, you can multiply the recipe by how many servings you’d like to make. Instead of making the mocktail in a glass, add the blueberries, mint, honey, and lemon juice to a pitcher. Muddle, then add the coconut water. Add the sparkling water right before serving and put ice into the glasses rather than the pitcher.

Can I add alcohol to this?

For sure! For anyone who wants to real deal cocktail, just add vodka or your favorite liquor or even champagne.

How to avoid blueberry chunks?

Muddle in a shaker, add the coconut water and shake. Then strain the mixture into a cocktail glass filled with ice and top with seltzer water.
