A collection of ingredients for a delicious olive dip is spread across a pink surface, featuring cream cheese, kalamata olives and juice, pimento-stuffed olives, garlic powder, cumin, black olives, cottage cheese, and pepper.
  • Low-Fat Cottage Cheese: Good Culture is my favorite because it’s the least watery I’ve found. You can use full-fat for a more creamy dip.
  • Less-Fat Cream Cheese: make sure this is well softened to ensure your dip blends nice and smooth. Use full fat cream cheese for an extra creamy dip.
  • Black Olives
  • Green Olives: also known as castelvetrano olives. You’ll be using pimento stuffed green olives for that extra flavor.
  • Kalamata Olives: you’ll use the olive as well as the Kalamata olive juice.

Variations

  • If you love fresh garlic, add minced garlic cloves to your cream cheese mixture.
  • Add your favorite fresh herbs such as fresh parsley or green onions.
  • Add red pepper flakes for some heat.

Dietary Modifications

  • This recipe is gluten-free, as is.
