This high-protein sweet treat is made with cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder and sweetened with honey. It has a velvety rich texture and is full of chocolatey flavor making it the perfect healthy snack. The best part is comes together in a couple of minutes with only an hour of chill time, making it the perfect make-ahead dessert to snack on all week long.

- Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt: adds extra protein and makes the pudding creamy. You can use full-fat Greek yogurt for an even creamier pudding.

- Add a drizzle of homemade peanut butter syrup or almond butter.
- Play with different flavors of protein powder. You can make vanilla pudding with vanilla protein powder, mint chocolate pudding with mint protein powder, birthday cake, or instant pudding mix like pistachio pudding, etc.

Step 1: add everything to a blender
Add everything to a blender or food processor and blend for at least 5 minutes to get the right texture. Make sure the cottage cheese is no longer chunky or chalky. You may need to stop and push the sides down with a rubber spatula while blending to get everything to combine.

Written as 2 servings so I donโt have a gram per serving since itโs just 2, just split what you end up with. Unsweetened protein powder will definitely need some tweaks! Glad you liked it though.

Can I substitute the cottage cheese for anything?
Holy jeeeeez this is AMAZING!!! I tried it using dark chocolate collagen peptides rather than the PEScience, don’t do that. Definitely buy the protein powder, it’s KEY!! I did sub the cocoa powder for the peptides and that worked well. So so so so so freaking good!!!! So creamy and thick!!! Will be making this daily!! Absolutely love your recipes!!!!

You could but it won’t taste nearly as good as honey will.
