This is the BEST way to meal prep chicken for salads! I would typically just oven roast with some seasoning and olive oil, but this took my salad to the next level ??

These chicken strips are better than any frozen ones you can buy! They are so easy and delicious! I am a baby when it comes to cayenne, so I either leave it out or only use about 1/4 tsp and it’s perfect for me and my fam! Delicious!

This chicken recipe is on repeat at my house when we have chicken breast thawed out. Perfect for a bowl, quesadilla, a pita, a pasta bowl, literally anything! Super tasty and easy.

Our Costco stopped carrying blackened chicken tenders for a long period of time so I tried these. Now we ONLY make these instead of buying them. 10/10

I make this all the time & it’s so good!! I love to make it with chicken thighs (personal preference) & sometimes cook it on a cast-iron skillet. The combination of seasonings is amazing!! I will never buy the brand name version ever again!!

This was so easy to make, and I had all the seasonings already on hand! I’ve put it over noodles, and in burrito bowls. Great and versatile!

I wish I found this recipe sooner! It’s SO easy! I’ve been using it for meal prep and looking forward to eating it for lunch in my salads each day. It is crispy and flavorful (even days later). I will be using this at least once a week moving forward.

Can you freeze these after they’re cooked?

I made your air fryer blackened chicken last night instead of buying the Tyson ones. We didn’t air fry it, because we were grilling so just tossed it in there.

Why have I waited so long? So good. So easy. 💯 better!!!
