jar of pickle juice
salt and pepper
grean leaf lettuce
50g ripe tomato slice
bun (I use Alfaro Artesano bakery buns)
2tbsp Bolthouse Farms Honey BBQ Ranch *

Directions

1.

Marinate thin cut chicken breasts in pickle juice for up to 24 hours. Season with salt and pepper and grill for 3 mins each side.
Mark as complete

Assemble your sandwich. Buns, sauce on the bottom, top with green leaf lettuce, tomato slice, grilled chicken, some sauce on top and enjoy! ⁣

Notes

Most grocery stores now sell Chick-Fil-A sauce if you want the ultimate copycat grilled chicken sandwich. It is however high in fat.
