Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs.  chicken breast⁣
  • 2 cans white chili beans (rinsed and drained) ⁣
  • 1 can corn⁣ (drained)
  • 2 cans chopped green chilies⁣
  • 2 cups chicken broth ⁣
  • 2 tsp.  cumin⁣
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder ⁣
  • 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder ⁣
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper ⁣

Instructions
 

  • Put everything in the crock pot on low for 5 hours. Once done shred chicken in the crockpot and enjoy!! ⁣
  • Top with sour cream, cheese, avocado, red onion, or anything that sounds good! ⁣
  • ** if you want it less spicy use 1/2 tbsp chili powder

Notes

Great Northern White Beans will work if you cannot find white chili beans.
If you want this dish less spicy use 1/2 the chili powder.

    One of my winter (heck, all season actually) recipes! SO simple yet so tasty. Throw it all in the crockpot, no dishes, it’s a must try!!
