Ingredients
Taco Seasoning – 1 lb of turkey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1.5 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp salsa
Instructions
- Brown your turkey meat with taco seasoning. *
- Layer rice in the bottom of your meal prep dish. Top with turkey, beans, corn and lime juice.If meal prepping – leave off salsa, cilantro and guacamole and add after reheating.
Notes
Measurements and nutrition information is for one prepared bowl. Taco seasoning is for 1 lb of turkey meat which makes 4 bowls. You can use any guacamole here but I like to use the individual Eat Wholly Packs for convivence when meal prepping.
