We love a good taco Tuesday around here and this flank steak is the easiest, most tender and flavorful big ole pile of meat. โฃMake it with my taco Tuesday skillet or instead of shrimp in the fajita shrimp burritos. Easy, flavorful and goes with everything. Don’t forget your homemade choco tacos to complete your spread!

Instructions
Marinate
- Slice your meat and place in a air tight container. โฃ Top with taco seasoning and cover. Shake to coat the meat with the seasonings well.Marinate for 4-6 hours or overnight. โฃ
To cook
- Warm a pan over medium. Add cooking spray and sear on each side until desired done-ness. 2-3 mins each side medium. โฃ
- Put in soft tacos, salad or chop over nachos. โฃ Flank steak is definitely my favorite cut of meat. Itโs higher in fat and so delicious. โฃ
